Fellowship in Bone Marrow Transplantation (BMT) and Immune Effector Cell Therapy (IEC)

The Division of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Weill Cornell Medicine and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is accepting applications for the fellowship in Bone Marrow Transplantation (BMT) and Immune Effector Cell Therapy (IEC). 

Fellowship start date: July 1, 2025

Length of program: 1 year training program, with option to stay for 2 years

Curriculum is based on the American Society for Transplantation and Cellular Therapy Guidelines for Fellowship Training in Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation and Immune Effector Cell Therapy.

Prerequisite training/selection criteria:  

  1. Completion of medical school training 
  2. Completion of residency training (Board Certified) or equivalent abroad 
  3. Completion of Hematology/Oncology Fellowship or equivalent (Board Eligible) 
  4. ECFMG certification if IMG applicant 
  5. Eligibility to obtain a New York State Medical License
