A variety of conferences are offered to support education and training of Infectious Diseases Fellows. These include:

| Clinical Case Conference (weekly discussion of cases led by the fellows) |
| Clinical Microbiology Laboratory Teaching Rounds (weekly review of interesting specimens in the microbiology lab) |
| Divisional Journal Club (monthly) |
| Faculty Research in Progress (monthly) |
| Fellow Core Topics in Infectious Diseases (Fellow only didactics with MSKCC fellows. During the summer it consists of a twice weekly ID “boot camp” with fundamental ID lectures |
| Fellow Journal Club (every other week with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) fellows. Alternates with Fellow Core Topic lecture series) |
| ID Fellow Research-In-Progress talks (annually for 2nd and 3rd years |
| Joint clinical case conference with Columbia (semi-annually) |
