Information for Applicants

This is a fully accredited three-year fellowship program leading to dual board eligiblity in hematology and medical oncology. Our Fellowship Program participates in the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS). A completed application consists of all ERAS requirements, including:

  • Curriculum Vitae
  • USMLE Scores
  • Residency Program Director’s Letter of Recommendation
  • 2 Additional Letters of Recommendation
  • Photograph
  • Medical School Transcript
  • Medical School Performance Evaluation (MSPE)
    Note: If your medical school does not provide MSPEs, please submit a statement in lieu of the form to ERAS.
  • Personal Statement

Applications that do not have all the above components will not be considered.

Please note that NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center does not sponsor H-1B visas. We accept J-1 visas only. We do not sponsor H-1B visas.
