Students come from all over the tristate area and beyond to attend our annual "Making Your Match" workshop, which provides valuable information on topics including how to choose and apply for residency; the residency interview process; and navigating an academic career. Students also have ample opportunities for collaboration, including participating in mock interviews. This event is a critical part of our effort to create a supportive, inclusive environment for all.
