How does the nomination process work?
Physicians, patients, and colleagues may nominate any non-physician employee working in the department. All nominations are reviewed by the department's RRR (Results Rewards Recognition) Selection Committee, and selected employees are announced on a bimonthly basis. All Star Performers are honored at the Employee Recognition Party hosted by the department every fall.

- There are nomination boxes and applications at 36 locations throughout the Weill Department of Medicine. Simply fill out the nomination form and drop it in the box.
- You may also use our online nomination form. Your information will be automatically forwarded to the department's Associate Director of Faculty & Staff Support, who serves on the RRR Selection Committee.
