How To Apply

We participate in the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).

All applicants to the Nephrology Fellowship Program are required to register with the National Resident Match Program (NRMP). You can view information on how to register and important deadlines at NRMP.

Registration begins in July and match results will be announced December 1, 2021.

A complete application consists of all required fields on the ERAS Application including:

  • Curriculum Vitae
  • 3 Letters of Recommendation, including one from your program director
  • USMLE scores (for foreign medical school graduates)
  • ECFMG certificate (for foreign medical school graduates)
  • Photo is optional, but appreciated

Your application will be available to us for review starting July 21, 2021. Dr. Phyllis August, Program Director, will communicate with the meritorious candidates selected for interviews. Ms. Fran Gillen, our fellowship program administrator, will arrange for you to visit our campus for an onsite interview where you will meet and learn about our program from the Division Chief, Program Director, key faculty, fellows and administrative staff.

If you are interested in pursuing an outstanding nephrology fellowship in an intellectually stimulating environment, we are interested in hearing from you!
