Housed in the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism, the Weill Department of Medicine (WDOM) is delighted to announce that a new clinic has opened that offers gender affirming care for gender diverse adults.
Supervised by Dr. Ann Danoff, the clinic’s team looks forward to receiving any and all patient referrals from physicians across all areas of medicine. In a welcoming environment, the team is committed to providing individualized gender affirming hormone treatment. When feasible, the team suggests in person appointments for initial visits but will also accommodate patients for virtual visits.
To schedule an appointment for the clinic, please enter an Ambulatory Referral request and send to the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism. In the request, please indicate gender affirming hormone treatment or transgender care in the notes. Your patients can also reach our clinic by contacting the division at 646-962-8690.
