Every incoming HemOnc fellow completes orientation covering Hematology & Oncology emergencies, peripheral blood examination, bone marrow biopsy technique, and bone marrow transplant (BMT) & cell therapy fundamentals, plus an overlap period with senior fellows to ease the transition into clinical training.
