The Employee Recognition Review Committee (R3) of the Weill Department of Medicine completed its bimonthly review of all nominees, and two "superstar" winners were announced: Svetoslava Bardarova and Gina Rodriguez.
Svetoslava Bardarova, a Physician Assistant in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology (IBD), was noted for her high professional standards and exceptional compassion in dealing with patients. Gina Rodriguez, a Senior Patient Coordinator in the Division of Cardiology, received numerous positive comments from patients, as well as from her supervisors. All acknowledged her courteous and patient demeanor at the front desk and her skill in coordinating urgent requests.
