2021 was a banner year for the WDOM’s Employee Recognition Program. The Employee Recognition Program allows physicians, patients, and colleagues to nominate any non-physician employee working in the department.
All nominations are reviewed by the department's Star Performer Committee, and selected employees are announced on a monthly basis. All Star Performers are recognized annually with gift cards ranging for $25 to $100, and this year 75 employees were honored. The following Star Performers received special awards:
