Dr. Gulick Named Co-Chair of the NIH’s COVID-19 Treatment Guidelines

Chief of the WDOM’s Division of Infectious Diseases, Dr. Roy M. Gulick, has been named as a Co-Chair of the NIH’s COVID-19 Treatment Guidelines. Working with two other co-chairs, Dr. Henry Masur and Dr. H. Clifford Lane of the NIH, the guidelines will draw on the knowledge of a panel of experts and will be updated frequently with scientific evidence and data to inform clinicians on how to best manage patients with COVID-19.

Drs. Bill Pape and Dan Fitzgerald, Division of Infectious Diseases, have rolled up their sleeves to face yet another challenge in Haiti: COVID-19.
